🚚 SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
We offer standard shipping within the U.S. via USPS or UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

📅 PRE-ORDERS & FULFILLMENT TIMES
All items are either made to order or part of a limited-edition pre-order drop.
Please allow the following timeframes:
Pre-order processing: 10–14 business days
Shipping time (after processing): 3–7 business days (U.S. only)
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship internationally, but we’re working to expand globally. Stay tuned.
🔁 LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED ITEMS
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage at support@duppyluxe.com.
